By accessing or using MDG Bank (mdgbank.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
You must be a US person (citizen or permanent resident) aged 18 or older to open a bank account. Identity verification is required by federal law (USA PATRIOT Act). We will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and Social Security Number.
Banking services (checking, savings, Visa debit) are provided through our FDIC-insured banking partner. Deposits are insured up to $250,000 per depositor. MDG Global Strategies LLC is a technology company, not a bank. We do not hold deposits directly.
MDG Algo is a software subscription ($22/month), not an investment product or advisory service. MDG Global Strategies LLC provides algorithmic trading software only. All trades execute in your own Tradovate futures account. MDG never holds, manages, or has custody of your trading funds. Tradovate is an NFA-regulated futures broker and holds all trading funds independently.
Past algorithm performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your brokerage account and any trading decisions. By subscribing you confirm you understand and accept these risks.
MDG Algo subscriptions are billed monthly at $22.00 via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use MDG Bank for: money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, purchasing illegal goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable law. Accounts used for prohibited purposes will be closed immediately and reported to appropriate authorities.
By creating an account, you consent to receive all communications electronically including disclosures, statements, and notices. Electronic records satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. You may withdraw consent by contacting support, though withdrawal may result in account closure.
MDG Global Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including any trading losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.
Any dispute between you and MDG Global Strategies LLC shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of account creation by emailing info@mdgbank.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MDG Bank after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.
